The small holiday villages Montagna, Trodena, Aldino and Anterivo are situated on the east side of the Val d’Adige valley at 500 m - 1.125 m above sea level.

Montagna (Montan) is best known for its excellent wine. The castle Enna towers above the village, it was built in the 12^th century and modified into neo-Gothic style in 1880, every year in August it hosts a castle concert.
In Pinzano you should visit the church S. Stefano with a lovely wing altar of Hans Klocker, together with Michael Pacher he is one of the most important artists of the Gothic era.

The holiday village Trodena (Truden), lies in the nature park Monte Corno, it has the most species-rich flora and fauna of all the nature parks in South Tyrol and is a popular resort for families and hikers.

A unique canyon for Europe can be found in Aldino (Aldein), the canyon Bletterbach, it gives a fascinating insight into the history of the earth, on the traces of the dinosaurs. The Visiting Centre Geoparc makes the canyon accessible to public with a geology trail.

The small sunny village Anterivo (Altrei) is also embedded in the nature park Monte Corno. In summer it offers many wonderful hiking trails, in winter you are only 15 km away from the ski resorts Latemar-Pampeago-Obereggen.
